§ 31.40  MEMBERSHIP AND VACANCIES.
   The Planning Board shall consist of five members and shall be appointed by the County Board of Commissioners for a term of three years. Three ex officio members shall be appointed by the County Board of Commissioners and shall be those persons currently employed as the County Zoning Administrator, the County Environmental Health Coordinator, and the County Economic Development Director. Ex officio members shall perform advisory duties only and shall not be entitled to vote on actions taken by the Planning Board.
