§ 154.025  SUBMISSION TO THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS.
   The HPC shall forward its recommendation to the Board of Commissioners and shall submit a copy of the designation report, any written comments received from the NCDCR, Division of Archives and History, and, if the recommendation is for approval, a proposed designation resolution, to the Board of Commissioners.
