§ 153.47  LIABILITY.
    The demolition contractor shall provide and maintain a level of insurance that will cover any and all damage or injuries that may occur to property or persons while performing the service of demolition and removal of the abandoned manufactured home. The county shall be identified in a hold harmless agreement and contractor's proof of insurance provided to the county shall show the county has been added to the policy as an additional insured. The contractor is responsible for any and all damage which may occur to the property that is outside the specified area of demolition. Neither the demolition contractor nor any of the demolition contractor's employees are agents or employees of the county. The county shall not be held liable for any actions or damage that may occur as a result of the demolition and removal of an abandoned manufactured home.
