Once the contractor is awarded the project, the contractor must notify the Public Works Director and Planning and Zoning Administrator prior to the demolition, removal, and recycling of the abandoned manufactured home. A site survey must be conducted with the Planning and Zoning Administrator, Code Enforcement Officer, and Environmental Health Director present to identify any utility connections including marking the placement of a septic tank and/or septic field.
