(A)
The rules and regulations prescribed in this chapter shall be enforced by the County Sheriff's Department, County Planning/Zoning Department, County Environmental Health Department, County Public Works Department and other appropriate agencies having duties and responsibilities in the areas of enforcement. These agencies are hereby empowered to issue citations upon a violation of this chapter and are jointly and mutually responsible for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
(B) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the legal authority of powers of officers or the employees of the county or state in enforcing other laws or in otherwise carrying out their duties with regard to abandoned manufactured homes.
