§ 152.56  VARIANCES.
Where strict adherence to the provisions of this chapter would cause unnecessary hardship of topographical or other conditions peculiar to the site, the County Planning Board may authorize a variance, if such variance can be made without destroying the intent of the ordinance. Any variance thus authorized shall be entered in the minutes of the County Planning Board and the reasoning on which the departure was justified shall be set forth.
