(A) The County Health Department, the County Electrical Inspector, the County Building Inspector, the County Plumbing Inspector, and/or the officially designated enforcement officer is hereby authorized and directed to make such inspections as are necessary to determine satisfactory compliance with this chapter. It shall be the duty of the owners of parks to give these agencies free access to such premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection.
(B) The person to whom an occupancy certificate for a park is issued shall operate the park in compliance with this chapter and shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the park, its facilities, and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.
