§ 152.20  CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Prior to the construction of a new manufactured/mobile home park or the expansion or alteration of an existing park, the developer shall make application to the County Planning Board for approval to construct or expand such a park. The application shall be accompanied by nine copies of the proposed park plan. Such application must be received at least 14 days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting of the County Planning Board if the application and proposed park plan are to be reviewed by the Board at that time.
   (B)   The park plan shall be drawn at a scale of 50 feet to one inch or larger and shall include the following:
      (1)   The name of the park, the names and addresses of the owner(s) and the designer or surveyor;
      (2)   Date, scale, and approximate north arrow;
      (3)   Boundaries of the tract shown with bearings and distances;
      (4)   Site plan showing streets, driveways, recreation areas, parking spaces, service buildings, watercourses, easements, manufactured/mobile spaces showing the proposed placement of the unit on each lot, and all structures to be located on the park site;
      (5)   Vicinity map showing the location of the park and the surrounding land usage;
      (6)   Names of adjoining property owners;
      (7)   The proposed utility system for gas, surface water drainage, street lights, electrical power, water supply, and solid waste and sewage disposal facilities;
      (8)   Certification of approval of water supply system plans by the state’s Department of Environmental Health and Natural Resources (EHNR) if systems are to serve 15 or more sites. If system will serve four but less than 15 sites, certification of approval of the water system plans shall be obtained from the County Health Department;
      (9)   Certification of approval of sewage collection systems and treatment facilities plans from the state’s Department of Environmental Health and Natural Resources (EHNR). If individual septic tank systems are used or proposed to be used, certification of the suitability of the site for use of a septic tank system shall be obtained form the County Health Department;
      (10)   Certification of approval of solid waste storage, collection and disposal plans by the County Health Department; and
      (11)   Land contours with vertical intervals of not less than two feet for all parks with 25 sites or more.
