§ 151.100  PETITION TO CHANGE ROAD NAME.
    Petition to change a road name must include a fee per sign blade to cover cost of replacing signs in addition to a fee to advertise public hearings. If the County Commissioners do not approve the request, only the sign cost will be refunded. See Appendix A of this chapter for a listing of applicable fees.
