§ 151.005  ADOPTION BY INCORPORATED AREAS.
    Any incorporated municipality within the county that is being provided radio communications services by the county's 911 public service answering point (Sheriff's Office), is requested to adopt a resolution permitting this chapter to be applicable within said municipality.
