(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. (B) Any person violating any prohibition or restriction imposed by a proclamation authorized by §§ 30.30 to 30.41 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
