§ 112.04  ESTABLISHMENTS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.
   (A)   All food service establishments’ grease-handling facilities shall be subject to review, evaluation, and inspection by the county representative during normal working hours. Results of inspections will be made available to facility owner, lease-holder, or operator. The county may lend assistance and make recommendations for correction and improvement.
   (B)   Food service establishment receiving two consecutive unsatisfactory evaluations or inspections may be subject to penalties or other corrective actions as provided from the sewer use ordinance.
   (C)   Food service establishments who continue to violate the county grease standards or requirements may be considered grounds for discontinuance of sewer service.
