§ 112.03  GREASE-HANDLING FACILITIES TO BE APPROVED.
   All food service establishments shall have grease-handling facilities approved by the county. Establishments whose grease-handling facilities of methods are not adequately maintained to prevent floatable oils, fat, or grease from entering the sewerage system shall be notified in writing of any non- compliance and required to provide a schedule whereby corrections will be accomplished.
