§ 112.01  PREVENTING DISCHARGES TO THE SEWER SYSTEM.
   Food service establishments shall provide means of preventing grease and oil discharges to the sewerage system. Where a grease and oil interceptor currently exists or is required by the county, it shall be maintained for continuous, satisfactory, and effective operation by the owner, leaseholder, or operator at his or her expense. Grease and oil interceptors shall be of a type and capacity approved by the county and shall be located as to be readily accessible for cleaning and inspection.
