Standards for drivers and attendants as developed by the state’s Medical Care Commission as requirements for certification of ambulance attendants and emergency medical technicians, pursuant to G.S. Ch. 131E-158, Art. 7, and G.S. Ch. 143, Art. 56, shall be applied and the same are incorporated herein by reference.
