§ 111.13  COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   Each franchised ambulance service shall comply at all times with the requirements of this chapter, the franchise granted hereunder, and all applicable state and local laws relating to health, sanitation, safety, equipment, and ambulance design and all other laws and ordinances.
