§ 158.082  CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES.
   (A)   No construction or installation of improvements shall commence in a proposed subdivision until the preliminary plat has been approved, and the appropriate authorities have approved all plans and specifications. Further the developer shall provide a starting date and a projected completion date for all subdivision improvements pursuant to criteria and standards set forth in the articles of agreement attached to the Subdivision Ordinance passed June 7, 2021.
   (B)   No building, zoning, or other permits shall be issued for erection of a structure on any lot of record at the time of adoption of this chapter until the final plat has been approved and recorded. The subdivider, prior to commencing any work within the subdivision, shall make arrangements with the administrator of this chapter to provide for adequate inspection. The approving authorities having jurisdiction or their representatives shall inspect and approve all completed work prior to release of sureties.
