§ 158.074  NON-RESIDENTIAL STREETS.
   The subdivider of a non-residential subdivision shall provide streets in accordance with F-4 of North Carolina Roads, Minimum Construction Standards, May 1983, or current standards, and the standards in this chapter whichever are stricter in regard to each particular item.
