§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   If any person or persons shall willfully or intentionally violate this chapter, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of $250 or imprisonment for not more than three days, or by both fine and imprisonment. Each separate violation shall constitute a separate offense.
