§ 158.017  ZONING AND OTHER PLANS.
   Proposed subdivisions must comply in all respects with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, Manufactured Home Ordinance, Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance, and ordinances applicable to the various towns with which the County Planning Department is contracted to provide subdivision administration. Additionally, per G.S. § 160D-910, the county may not adopt or enforce zoning regulations or other provisions that have the effect of excluding manufactured homes from the entire zoning jurisdiction or that exclude manufactured homes based on the age of the home.
