§ 158.005  PREREQUISITE TO PLAT RECORDATION.
   After the effective date of this chapter, the Planning Board shall approve each individual subdivision plat or exempt plat of land in the county’s jurisdiction or a review officer in the Planning and Zoning/Code Enforcement Department shall approve its authorized representative prior to recordation and each exempt plat.
