§ 158.004  JURISDICTION.
   The regulations contained herein shall govern each subdivision of land within the county as provided in G.S. Ch. 160D, Art. 8, except those lands lying within the jurisdiction of any municipality, unless such municipality shall have by resolution requesting the county to enforce these regulations within the municipality’s area of jurisdiction.
