§ 110.01  PURPOSE.
   To define, regulate, prohibit, or abate acts or conditions detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of the citizens of the county, or to the peace and dignity of the county, the County Commissioners do enact this chapter regulating places of amusement and entertainment in accordance with G.S. § 153A-135.
