§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person(s) who is found to be in violation of the provisions of §§ 92.01 to 92.11 shall be subject to expulsion from the skate park and/or revocation of any privileges for its use.
