§ 92.04  PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to promote the public safety, health, and welfare of the citizens of the county through the regulation of skate parks owned and operated by the county. This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the authority contained in G.S. §§ 153A-121, 153A-123, and 153A-140.
