§ 91.28  ALARM RESPONSES.
   The county fire departments and county emergency services will provide a maximum of two free false alarm responses to any alarm user within any calendar year. Thereafter, a user fee, as approved by the County Board of Commissioners, shall be charged for any alarm response in excess of the two fire alarm responses.
