(a) In any district in the City other than the congested district, no intoxicating liquor or beer regardless of whether the establishment is subject to liquor permit, shall sell, supply or bring on premise alcohol if within a radius of five hundred feet of any property on which is located near an established church, public or parochial school, government constructed housing property or any public park.
(b) No intoxicating liquor or beer within the meaning of this chapter shall be sold or brought on premises within a radius of fifty feet from the property upon which any established church building or public or parochial school is located, within an area designated by the Police Department as the congested area. This area in general is to be bounded on the north by Porter Street, northeast; on the east by Vine Avenue, northeast; on the south by South Street to the intersection of West Market and on the west by West Market Street to the intersection of South Street.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
