1371.03 LIGHT AND VENTILATION OF BATHROOMS.

Every bathroom and water closet compartment shall comply with the light and ventilation requirements for habitable rooms contained in this chapter, except that no window shall be required in adequately ventilated and lighted bathrooms and water closet compartments, equipped with an approved mechanical ventilation system.
