1365.27 PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOL.

"Private residential swimming pool" means any indoor or outdoor structure, chamber or tank containing or capable of containing a body of water for swimming, diving or bathing located at a three-family or less dwelling or dwelling unit which is for the exclusive use of the residents and their nonpaying guests.
