137.06 FEES TO BE PAID ANNUALLY IN ADVANCE.

The consideration payable under contracts as provided in Section 137.05 shall be determined annually and shall be payable annually in advance at the office of the Fire Chief. Until the consideration is paid, no fire protection shall be afforded the party contracting with the City.
