760.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   For the purposes of this chapter, and as used in this chapter, "special event" means an event subject to a City park event permit from the City. For illustrative purposes only, and with no intent to be exclusive, events such as the African-American Festival, Noon-In-The-Park, the Celtic Fest, the Celebration on the Square and the Italian-American Festival each constitute a special event for purposes of this chapter.
   (b)   For purposes of this chapter, and as used in this chapter, "merchandise" means any wares, goods, articles, chattels, foodstuffs, drink, other substances for human consumption, commodities or services whatsoever.
   (c)   For purposes of this chapter, and as used in this chapter, "street" means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way normally and customarily open to the use of the public for vehicular or pedestrian travel, including, but not necessarily limited to, sidewalks, tree lawns, devilstrips, curbs, gutters and the paved portion of the street.
