735.09 LICENSE REFUSAL.
   The licensing authority may refuse to issue a license required by Section 735.08 if any of the following exist:
(a)   The applicant had made a false statement as to any matter in an application for such license;
(b)   Within the three years prior to application, the applicant had knowingly violated any provision of this chapter, or any other ordinance(s) relative to peddlers, solicitors or vendors;
(c)   The applicant is under fourteen years of age;
(d)   The applicant has not complied with all applicable rules and regulations of any agency or the City, as well as those applicable rules and regulations of the State of Ohio and the Federal Government;
(e)   Any other reason exists for which a license may be refused as provided within ordinances of the City.
