705.02 REGISTRATION REQUIRED; FEE.
   (a)    Every individual, partnership, company, corporation or utility engaged in the business of sales, service and installation of burglar or robbery alarm systems or any combination of burglar-fire-robbery alarm systems shall be registered to engage in such business in the City.
   (b)    The fee for such registration shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year or any part of a year and shall expire December 31 of each year.
   (c)    The Mayor shall have the right to cancel any registration issued pursuant to this section for the following reasons:
(1)    Violation by the registered person of any provision of this chapter; or
(2)    When the registered person or any of his employees is convicted or found guilty of a crime involving moral turpitude; or
(3)    Where the character, reputation or moral integrity of the registered person or any of his employees is determined inimical to the public safety or the general welfare of the community; or
(4)    Where a burglar alarm system or robbery alarm system or any combination of burglar-fire-robbery alarm system attributable to the registered person emits more than the maximum permissible number of false alarms; or
(5)    Where the registered person or his employee or agent knowingly made any false, misleading or fraudulent statement of a material fact in the application for the license issued pursuant to this section.
