Fencing shall meet the following requirements:
A. Permit required.
B. A perimeter fence is permitted subject to the following conditions:
1. No fence along side and rear lot lines shall exceed eight feet (8') in height.
2. No fence shall be constructed within the front setback unless it meets the following conditions:
a. A see through fence which does not exceed four feet (4') in height.
b. A side yard fence may be extended along the front setback to the front property line where a side lot line adjoins the rear lot line of an adjacent property.
3. No fence shall be placed inside a sight triangle of intersecting streets.
4. No fence shall be placed on city rights of way. (Ord. 838 §1, 1998)
