13.24.350: TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT:
This franchise shall not be transferred or assigned by the grantee without the prior written consent of the council which shall not be unreasonably withheld provided grantee may upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the council transfer this franchise to an entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with grantee. (Ord. 761 §35, 1995)
