13.24.330: PAYMENT TO THE CITY:
The grantee shall pay to the city quarterly an amount equal to three percent (3%) of the annual gross revenues received from operations within the city from monthly cable television subscriptions. Payment due under this provision shall be payable forty five (45) calendar days after the end of each calendar quarter. (Ord. 761 §33, 1995)
