13.24.320: MAPS, PLATS AND REPORTS:
A.   The grantee shall file, upon request, with the city clerk, maps or plats of all existing and proposed installations. Grantee shall, simultaneously with the execution of the franchise agreement, file a map of the city showing the proposed construction schedule of grantee.
B.   Grantee shall file annually with the city its annual report to shareholders. (Ord. 761 §32, 1995)
