13.24.190: SUBSCRIBER REFUNDS ON TERMINATION OF SERVICE:
Any advance payments of subscribers in the amount of more than one month shall be refunded on a pro rata basis when subscriber requests discontinuation of service except where any past due balance exists. (Ord. 761 §19, 1995)
