A. Grantee will provide one cable television drop with free installation and free monthly basic service to city owned or controlled buildings within a serviceable area at the time of request. This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Public schools;
2. Police station;
3. Fire station;
4. City council chamber;
5. Community center;
6. Library;
7. Senior citizens center;
8. City hall.
B. Multimedia cable vision proposes to provide the city with its own channel. Multimedia will also provide the city with a character generator and modulator for digital programming of announcements and messages. (Ord. 761 §18, 1995)
