9.94.020: CASES REFERRED TO COLLECTION AGENCY; FEE:
Any court case and fine which has been referred to a collection agency shall have a collection agency fee assessed as a cost in the respective case. Said fee shall be in the amount of thirty five percent (35%) of the amount due or the actual fee charged by the collection agency pursuant to its contract with the city, if different. (Ord. 1115, 2011)
