5.57.080: ENFORCEMENT:
A.   Fine For Violation: Any person operating a business in violation of this chapter may be subject to a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Ord. 1188, 2018)
