To protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Warr Acres, the City shall have the right to enter onto a City-license holders' property to engage in an inspection of the license holders' records for the purpose of ensuring that the applicant is compliant with all State Statutes and regulations as well as this Code. Such inspection shall occur during the hours in which the business is legally authorized to operate under State law and regulations. (Ord. 1188, 2018)
