All definitions contained in the Oklahoma Uniform Controlled Substances Act, title 63, section 2-101 et seq., as may be amended in the future, are hereby incorporated by reference. References to retail establishments contained in this chapter shall be a reference to those businesses or individuals that have been issued a dispensary license pursuant to 63 Oklahoma Statutes section 421A. References to commercial growers shall be a reference to those businesses or individuals that have been issued a commercial grower license pursuant to 63 Oklahoma Statutes section 422A. References to processors shall be a reference to those businesses or individuals that have been issued a processing license pursuant to 63 Oklahoma Statutes section 423A. References to transporters shall be a reference to those businesses or individuals that have been issued a transportation license pursuant to 63 Oklahoma Statutes section 424A. Any business operating with a State issued license or operating in a manner not in compliance with said license shall be deemed out of compliance with this Code and be subject to a criminal fine as provided in this chapter.
