5.55.120: OPERATION OF A MOBILE FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT:
A.   Operation Without A License: Any mobile food service establishment being operated without a valid license issued by the city inspector shall be deemed a public safety hazard and may be ticketed and impounded.
B.   Unattended Vehicles Prohibited: No mobile food service establishment shall be parked on the street overnight, or left unattended and unsecured at any time food is kept in the mobile food service establishment. Any vehicle which is found unattended shall be considered a public safety hazard and may be ticketed and impounded. An exception is allowed when the license is for continuous multiple festival days.
C.   Outside Of Approved Location: A mobile food service establishment operating outside of an approved location, at an unauthorized location, or beyond the hours for which the operation has been permitted shall be deemed operating without a license in violation of this section and may be subject to enforcement under section 5.55.130 of this chapter.
