A. Transfer For Value Prohibited: No person holding a license issued pursuant to this chapter shall sell, lend, lease or in any manner transfer a mobile food service establishment license. Any unauthorized transfer or attempt to transfer a license shall automatically void such license. Whoever violates this provision, including both the transferor and transferee, shall be subject to a fine of up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) pursuant to subsection 5.55.130A of this chapter. The unauthorized transfer or attempt to transfer of each license shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 1157, 2015)
