A. No person, business entity, school, including a religious or charitable organization, shall allow operations of a mobile food service establishment in any public, private or restricted space without a license issued by the city inspector.
B. A mobile food service establishment license is required for a single special event, six (6) special events, or annual. Licenses shall not be issued for any other purpose except as stated in this chapter. (Ord. 1157, 2015)
