A. There shall be within the city of Warr Acres a mobile food service establishment committee consisting of the public works director (commissioner), the inspection services (city inspector), the code enforcement services (code enforcer), the police department, the fire department, and the city planner for the purpose of annually reviewing mobile food service establishment licenses and updating rules and regulations of this chapter as appropriate.
B. The committee may be required to work with applicants for mobile food service establishment licenses and renewals when engaged with a festival. (Ord. 1157, 2015)
