It is the policy of the city of Warr Acres to safeguard public health and provide to consumers food that is safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. This chapter establishes definitions; sets standards for management and personnel, food operations, equipment and facilities; and provides for food service establishment plan review, license issuance, licensing fees, inspection, restriction, and license suspension. This chapter is created in conjunction with state health department and OKC-County health department codes. (Ord. 1157, 2015)
