The attendant's license shall be in the form of a card which shall bear the signature, photograph, fingerprints of the applicant. Such card shall be issued in duplicate. One copy with fingerprints, photograph and signature of the applicant shall be placed on file with the police chief. The other card shall be carried on the person of the permittee or in the wrecker driven by said permittee at all times while operating a wrecker. (Ord. 740 §1, 1993)
