5.52.140: ATTENDANT LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person shall operate or be permitted to operate a wrecker vehicle regulated by this chapter without having a current valid driver's license issued by the state and without having first obtained an attendant's license from the police chief as set forth herein. (Ord. 740 §1, 1993)
